Freda earned her undergraduate degree in Economics and East Asian Studies and completed her graduate training in Social Policy and Data Analytics at the University of Pennsylvania. With a strong foundation in social science and quantitative research, she has developed an interdisciplinary approach that combines analytical rigor with deep social insight. Her interests include educational equity, sustainable development, and data modeling. At Penn, she served as an admissions officer for the Wharton Global Youth Program, gaining firsthand experience in application review. She has also interned with nonprofit and research organizations, working on policy evaluation, user research, and data visualization.
